About HK

Here at HK we are passionate about making delicious food and great drinks for everyone to enjoy in a warm, relaxed and friendly atmosphere. 


The owners, Brian and Caroline Hicks, took on the Harbour Kitchen in July 2017.  Together, with the support of the HK team, their aim is to: source local produce wherever possible; serve delicious cakes; create great tasting yet inexpensive meals and flair fantastic drinks, hence the tag line 'Café Bar  Bistro'.

Brian and Caroline particularly like burgers and have a wide range to suit any diet, from your carnivore, vegetarian, vegan and even gluten free diets, we can cater for the many and not the few.  In addition to burgers, we also have our delicious baby back ribs which are prepared onsite and slowly cooked to ensure the meat always falls off the bone.  To view our full menu, click on the link in our menu bar above   


Caroline is also known for experimenting with her drinks to create some amazing cocktails for our patrons to enjoy.  This year we're very proud to announce that Caroline created the 'Flower Chase' cocktail.  This new and never seen before drink is both refreshing and can be enjoyed throughout of the year.  Chase elderflower vodka, gin, pineapple juice and fresh lime juice, shaken over ice.
